1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of https://keylixa.com/ (the “Website”) and purchases of products supplied by ULTRA LAND LIMITED trading through Keylixa (“Keylixa”, “we”, “us” or “our”). They apply to visitors, registered users and customers. Please read them before placing an order. By placing an order and affirmatively accepting these Terms at checkout, you agree to the terms applicable to that purchase. Your use of the Website is also subject to the applicable website-use provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not submit an order. Our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy and Refund Policy provide further information; mandatory consumer rights prevail over any inconsistent provision.

2. Business Information

Keylixa is operated by ULTRA LAND LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16998166. Registered office: 72 Halliwick Road, London, England, N10 1AB. Website: https://keylixa.com/. Contact email: support@keylixa.com. Please direct order, delivery, activation and complaint enquiries to this email address.

3. Definitions

“Product” means a digital game key, activation code, downloadable-content (DLC) key, game-related entitlement or other digital item specifically described on the relevant product page. “Code” means a digital identifier used to redeem or activate a Product. “Platform” means a third-party service or device ecosystem, such as a PC game client or console network. “Issuer” means the relevant publisher, platform operator or other entity responsible for redeeming or operating the underlying product. “Order” means a request to purchase a Product through the Website. “Customer” means the person placing an Order. “Delivery” means providing access to the purchased Code or entitlement by the method disclosed at checkout.

4. Nature of the Service

Keylixa is an online retailer of electronically delivered gaming products. Our catalogue may include PC or console keys, downloadable content, passes and items described as access products. Products are not physical goods unless a particular listing expressly says otherwise. We facilitate selection, payment and electronic fulfilment. Publishers and platform operators generally control game functionality, installation requirements, servers, account rules, compatibility and redemption systems. We remain responsible for our own obligations as seller, including mandatory remedies for faulty or misdescribed products.

5. Eligibility and Lawful Use

To place an Order you must have legal capacity to enter into the purchase contract, and you must comply with applicable laws and any age requirements for the selected game, platform and payment method. Where an age-restricted product is offered, you must meet the restriction shown on its listing. You must supply truthful information, use a payment method you are authorised to use, and not purchase for fraudulent or unlawful purposes. We may decline an Order where reasonably necessary to comply with law, sanctions, fraud-prevention requirements or payment-provider rules.

6. Customer Accounts

The Website may allow customers to create an account or purchase using available guest-checkout functionality. If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You must not impersonate others, create accounts to abuse promotions, or interfere with another customer’s account. We may restrict an account where there are reasonable security or legal grounds, while respecting rights under existing accepted orders. You may request account closure by contacting support; some transaction records may need to be retained for legitimate legal purposes.

7. Product Information and Listings

We aim to display accurate product names, editions, supported platforms, language options, regional restrictions, activation routes and significant limitations. Read the entire listing before purchase. Images and artwork are illustrative unless expressly identified as contractual specifications. The contents of bundles, DLC, subscriptions or special editions depend on the individual listing. Product availability and descriptions may be corrected where a genuine mistake occurs. If information material to your purchase is incorrect, your statutory remedies remain available.

8. Regions, Platforms and Compatibility

Some Products are limited to a designated territory, account region, operating system, console generation, game edition or platform. Labels such as US, EU, NA, worldwide, Steam, PS4/PS5 or Nintendo may indicate material restrictions. You must check the listing against the recipient account and intended device before ordering. DLC may require ownership of a compatible base game. Changing a VPN or account region may breach a platform’s rules and is not a supported workaround. If we supply a Product that is incompatible despite our accurate confirmation that it would work, we will investigate and provide the remedy required by law.

9. Products Labelled “Access”

A listing described as “Access”, “Account Access” or similar must explain the form of entitlement being sold, its duration (if any), platform, transferability, required credentials and material restrictions before checkout. Such items must not be assumed to be conventional single-use activation keys. Customers must follow any permitted-access instructions and the applicable platform rules. We do not authorise unlawful account transfers, circumvention of platform restrictions or use of credentials without permission. Where the nature of an access product is unclear, contact support before purchasing. No term here overrides the seller’s duty to supply a product matching its description.

10. Pricing, Currency and Taxes

Product prices are shown in the currency displayed on the Website, with the total payable and any mandatory charges disclosed before the customer places a binding Order. Taxes are included or identified as required by applicable law. Payment-card issuers may charge their own foreign-exchange or cross-border fees, over which we have no control. Prices and promotions can change before an Order is accepted, but an accepted Order will not be repriced without your agreement. Where an obvious pricing error is identified before acceptance, we may decline the Order and release or refund any collected payment.

11. Placing an Order and Contract Formation

Products displayed on the Website are invitations to purchase. Before submitting an Order, you should be given an opportunity to review and correct the selected Product, edition, region, quantity, contact details and total price. Submitting an Order constitutes your offer to buy. An automatic acknowledgement of receipt is not necessarily acceptance. The contract is formed when we send confirmation that the Order has been accepted for fulfilment or provide the purchased Product, whichever occurs first. Acceptance may depend on payment authorisation, stock availability and reasonable verification checks. If we cannot accept a paid Order, we will cancel it and return the amount collected without undue delay.

12. Payment Processing

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are handled by independent payment service providers, which may carry out authentication, card-security checks and fraud screening. By paying, you confirm authorisation to use the method selected. We may receive limited transaction references and status information, but do not ask you to send full card numbers or security codes by email. An authorisation hold is not necessarily a completed charge. Where payment is not successfully collected, the Order need not be fulfilled.

13. Fraud Prevention and Verification

For the safety of customers and payment systems, transactions may undergo automated or manual checks using relevant order, payment and technical information. We may request proportionate additional information where reasonably necessary to verify the purchaser or payment method. Processing and delivery may be delayed during a legitimate investigation. We may refuse or cancel an Order where there is a substantiated suspicion of fraud, unauthorised payment, sanctions infringement or other unlawful activity. Any collected payment for an Order cancelled without delivery will be returned, subject to applicable law and legitimate payment disputes.

14. Digital Delivery

Products are delivered electronically by the method stated at checkout or in the order confirmation, which may include email or a secure customer-order page. The delivery timeframe displayed for the relevant item is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed. Security review, supplier confirmation or technical outages may affect delivery. Please verify your email address and monitor your spam folder. If you have not received a purchased product within the promised or otherwise reasonable period, contact support@keylixa.com with the Order reference. Delivery is not proof that a Code is valid; if activation fails, the process described below applies.

15. Activation and Redemption

Redemption may require an account on a third-party platform, internet access, compatible hardware, a base game, a specific account region or acceptance of the Issuer’s terms. Follow the activation instructions accompanying the Product and any instructions made available before purchase. Each Code may be single-use and may become unusable after redemption. Do not publish or disclose Codes to unauthorised persons. If the Code is invalid, has previously been redeemed, or does not match the purchased item, contact support with the Order reference, error details and suitable screenshots. We may consult the supplier or Issuer to establish the cause and will provide applicable consumer remedies.

16. Licences and Third-Party Rules

Purchase of a game key normally grants the relevant licence or entitlement specified by the Issuer rather than ownership of the underlying game software or intellectual property. Use is subject to relevant publisher and platform terms, including account rules, online services, content restrictions and technical requirements. The names and logos of publishers and platforms remain their owners’ property. References to third-party brands identify compatibility or product origin and do not imply official sponsorship, authorisation or endorsement unless expressly stated.

17. Digital Content and Cooling-Off Rights

Consumers purchasing at a distance may normally have a 14-day statutory cancellation period, subject to applicable exceptions. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, that right may be lost once supply begins only where the customer has given prior express consent to supply during the cancellation period, acknowledged that the right to cancel will be lost, and the trader has provided the required contractual confirmation. Such consent and acknowledgement must be actively obtained during checkout; merely accepting these Terms is not sufficient. If the necessary conditions were not met, statutory cancellation rights may continue to apply. A separate service-type product may be subject to different cancellation rules. A loss of the change-of-mind right does not remove remedies for faulty, undelivered or misdescribed digital content.

18. Refunds, Replacements and Faulty Products

Our Refund Policy explains how to request assistance. A replacement, correction, price reduction or refund may be appropriate when a Code is invalid or already used before delivery, the wrong Product was supplied, the purchased item cannot be delivered, or the content does not conform to the contract. Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must meet applicable standards of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and description. A successful redemption does not automatically exclude rights where the content is faulty. We will assess evidence reasonably and will not treat supplier policies as overriding mandatory consumer rights. Approved refunds are ordinarily returned to the original payment method in accordance with applicable law.

19. Order Errors and Duplicate Purchases

Contact us promptly if you selected the wrong edition, platform or territory, entered an incorrect email address, or placed duplicate Orders. Before fulfilment, we may be able to correct or cancel an Order. After a Code is issued or redeemed, reversal may not be technically possible; eligibility for a change-of-mind refund depends on the applicable cancellation rules and any voluntary policy. If our system charged you twice for one Order without supplying two Products, we will investigate and return any unintended duplicate payment.

20. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional prices and discount codes may have published eligibility requirements, expiry dates, product exclusions, usage limits or maximum discounts. These conditions will be made available with the promotion. Promotions cannot be used through fraud, automated abuse or manipulation of multiple accounts. We may withdraw an offer not yet accepted, and may correct an obvious mistake, without retrospectively removing rights under an accepted Order. Unless specified otherwise, discounts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

21. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged, but not required, to contact support before lodging a payment dispute so we can investigate promptly. You retain all rights to challenge unauthorised or disputed payments through your bank or card issuer. When a dispute is raised, we may provide relevant order, delivery, activation and communication records to the payment provider in accordance with law. We may take proportionate measures against demonstrably fraudulent disputes, but will not penalise a customer merely for exercising legitimate consumer or payment rights.

22. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the Website to engage in fraud, money laundering, illegal reselling, stolen-payment activity, identity misuse, harassment, malicious automation, denial-of-service attacks, unlawful scraping, security circumvention, or infringement of intellectual property. You must not attempt to manipulate prices, refunds, promotions or payment processing. Where reasonably necessary, we may limit access, cancel unfulfilled Orders or report suspected unlawful activity. Such measures do not extinguish legitimate rights arising from Products already purchased.

23. Website Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Website’s original design, text, branding, software, page layouts and related content are owned by or licensed to ULTRA LAND LIMITED. You receive a limited, non-exclusive permission to access the Website for lawful personal purchasing activity. You must not reproduce, redistribute, modify or commercially exploit its original content without authorisation except as permitted by law. Third-party game titles, screenshots, logos and names belong to their respective rights holders.

24. Availability and Changes to Services

We aim to provide an accessible and reliable Website, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, infrastructure failure, supplier disruption, publisher outages or cybersecurity events may temporarily affect availability. We may change catalogue offerings and functionality prospectively. Changes will not deprive customers of rights arising under existing accepted Orders. If we cannot fulfil an accepted paid Order within the agreed time, we will provide the remedy required by law.

25. Privacy and Cookies

We process customer personal data for account administration, ordering, payments, electronic fulfilment, customer support, security and legal obligations as described in our Privacy Policy. Cookies and similar technologies are addressed in our Cookies Policy. Where consent is required for non-essential technologies, it will be requested through appropriate consent controls. Questions concerning personal data may be sent to support@keylixa.com.

26. Consumer Rights and Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing restricts statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other mandatory consumer law. We are responsible for foreseeable losses caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses caused solely by customers’ unauthorised disclosure of properly supplied Codes or unrelated third-party platform failures, except where law provides otherwise. The Website is intended primarily for consumer purchases; we do not accept liability for business losses where the purchaser acts solely as a consumer.

27. Events Beyond Reasonable Control

Events beyond our reasonable control, including major supplier outages, power or network failures, natural disasters, official restrictions and serious cybersecurity incidents, may prevent timely fulfilment. We will take reasonable steps to reduce disruption and notify affected customers where appropriate. This provision does not remove your right to a refund or other remedy if we cannot deliver an accepted paid Order as required by law.

28. Complaints and Support

If you have a problem, email support@keylixa.com with your Order number, the product name, relevant platform and region, a description of the issue, and any useful error screenshots. Do not send full payment card details or security codes. We may ask for reasonable verification evidence and contact the supplier or platform to investigate. We aim to deal with genuine complaints fairly and within a reasonable time. You remain free to seek independent advice or pursue available statutory and payment-dispute remedies.

29. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, product types, platform arrangements, security requirements and Website functions. The latest version will be posted on the Website with its revision date. Unless required by law or expressly agreed, changes will apply to future Orders rather than altering the terms of purchases already accepted. If an individual clause is held unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

30. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without depriving consumers in other jurisdictions of mandatory protections applicable to them. Customers may bring claims in courts having jurisdiction under applicable consumer law. Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to abandon mandatory rights to proceedings in the courts of their country of residence where those rights apply.
